1. Who we are

2. Who may use the site

You must be 18 years old or more. If you are younger, please leave the site.
Checking that free social games are lawful where you live is your responsibility.
We may ask you to confirm your age again, and we can restrict or close any account we think belongs to a minor.

3. What the site is, and what it isn’t

These are free social games made purely for entertainment. This is not a gambling service.

We sell nothing and never accept deposits, payments or card details.
Credits inside the games have no monetary value. They can’t be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, transferred or swapped for money, goods or services.
We award no cash prizes and no prizes of real-world value.
Doing well in a free game says nothing about how you would fare gambling with real money.

4. Accounts

Accounts are optional. The games and the rest of the site work without one.
If you open an account, give accurate details, keep your password private and tell us quickly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may sign in with an email address and password or with Google. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that step.
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
As a precaution, five wrong passwords in a row pause password sign-in for 15 minutes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site if you are under 18; give false information; try to break, overload or bypass the site or its games; run bots or scripts against our forms or games; copy, scrape or resell the site or its games; or use it for anything unlawful or to harass others.

6. The games

The games are embedded pages that run inside ours. We can’t guarantee that a game will always be available, error-free or compatible with your device, and games may be changed, paused or withdrawn. Results are for fun and predict nothing.

7. Ownership

The site, including its design, text, artwork and games, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and play it for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Our responsibility

The site is offered “as is”. We don’t exclude any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to exclude, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, and as far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost play credits, which have no value. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
